Windows installation. The vendor's requirements page broadly says any version of Windows; confirm the specific supported current Windows release, database and backup arrangement before buying.

Requirements page names native support for most Zebra/Dymo thermal label printers, ScanShell 800R/800NR ID scanners, most SecuGen fingerprint scanners and TWAIN scanners; it also discusses thermal receipts, USB 2D scanners and webcams. Confirm exact models and drivers, especially older model recommendations.

Migration & support

Vendor says data conversion is included and that it helps set up printers, scanners and cameras. Ask which historical records, images, documents, balances and audit trails convert from the existing system.

Vendor says support, software updates, unlimited workstations and custom forms are included with any subscription. Response-time SLA and exact operating hours were not established from the pages reviewed.
